Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and unlit (wax must not have been melted or burned).
• In its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• Free from any damage caused by the customer.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Candles that have been lit, used, or burned, even partially.
• Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code.
• Gift cards and vouchers.
• Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging caused by the customer.
• Customised or personalised orders.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at hello@bombaylust.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them to the address provided in our return confirmation email.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

Once your return is received and inspected (1-2 business days after receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the damage or defect.
• A photograph of the outer packaging.

We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges. If the same product is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

We offer exchanges for unused and unlit products within 7 days of delivery. You may exchange a product for a different fragrance or size, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, email us at hello@bombaylust.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement. If there is a price difference, we will either charge the difference or issue a partial refund accordingly.
